On February 3, 2025, Summit Properties officially broke ground on Stonecrop Meadows, a major mixed-income housing development in Middlebury, VT. The project will bring more than 250 new homes — for sale and for rent — to the community, with a mix of affordable, workforce, and market-rate units.
This project represents one of the largest new developments in recent years in Addison County — and aims to provide much-needed housing options for local workers, families, and seniors.
