Our History
Summit was founded in 2004 as Summit Property Management Group, when the owners were in need of a property team for their newly developed projects that could provide the high-quality service and long-term stewardship their projects deserved.
What began as a small, focused operation has grown into a trusted regional provider with a portfolio of nearly 1,400 apartments. Over the years, Summit has expanded through:
