Our application can be completed online for your convenience. Please navigate to the property you’re applying for, and click on “Apply Now.” From there, you’ll need to create an account in order to fill out our online application.
If you prefer, we can also provide a paper application. Please contact us, and we will gladly mail or email you a copy.
Residents can conveniently pay rent online through our secure payment portal. Just navigate to the property where you live, and log into the Resident Portal. Rent is due on the first day of each month. Please ensure payments are submitted on or before the due date to avoid late fees.
Yes. For your convenience, non-emergency maintenance requests can be submitted online at any time through your Resident Portal. Our team will respond as soon as possible.
If you don’t have an account set up yet through our Resident Portal, please navigate to your property through our Properties page and click on the Resident Portal button at the top.
For emergency maintenance needs, please call the emergency maintenance number provided to you for your community, or contact your community’s management office directly.

Most Summit Properties communities typically require a security deposit equal to one month’s rent, though this may vary depending on the property and application review.
Waitlist lengths vary by property and can change throughout the year depending on availability, number of bedrooms needed and demand.
Once your application is received, our team will let you know where you fall on the waitlist and provide updates as openings become available. For the most accurate, current waitlist information, please contact the management office for the community you are interested in.
