Tom has been instrumental in the creation, preservation, and management of numerous residential communities across the region. Tom’s focus is new development, acquisitions, and financing, with an emphasis on affordable rental housing opportunities. Prior to joining Summit, Tom practiced law from 2004 to 2013, with a focus on environmental and land use law and business litigation.
Tom lives in South Burlington with his wife Lindsay and their boys, Griffin and Sullivan. Outside of work and family, Tom’s passion is fly-fishing—he has traveled the world chasing fish from New Zealand to Belize to Alaska and anywhere he can find fish in between.
