John brings a strong background in property development and strategic planning, contributing significantly to Summit’s expansion and operational foundation. Over the course of his career, he has secured funding through the LIHTC program for over 16 affordable housing projects throughout Vermont, New Hampshire, and upstate New York. In his spare time, John can be found on the golf course or on the ski mountain.

Charlie is one of the founding leaders of Summit Properties and has played a central role in shaping the organization’s growth and long-term mission. With decades of experience in real estate development and community-focused housing, he remains committed to ensuring that Summit’s work supports residents, owners, and neighborhoods with high-quality, well-managed homes.

When not working with Summit, Charlie serves on the board of the Kelly Brush Foundation. He spends his free time biking, skiing, and playing golf.
