In late 2023, Summit Properties completed two new mixed-income buildings — Brandywine Lofts and Farmstead Lofts — in South Burlington, totaling 94 apartments. The majority of units are income-restricted, with a portion at market rate. The community opened its doors as Vermont continues to face a housing shortage, offering affordable options in a new, high-quality development.
